TULSA, Oklahoma -- Bank of America will resume foreclosures in Oklahoma next week.
The bank plans to re-file documents next Monday in states that require a judge's approval to re-start foreclosures. That includes Oklahoma.
The foreclosures will affect 100,000 homes nationwide.
Bank of America stopped foreclosures earlier this month because of questions of faulty paperwork.
