Bank Of America To Resume Foreclosures In Oklahoma

The bank plans to re-file documents next Monday in states that require a judge's approval to re-start foreclosures.  That includes Oklahoma.

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Bank of America will resume foreclosures in Oklahoma next week.

The bank plans to re-file documents next Monday in states that require a judge's approval to re-start foreclosures.  That includes Oklahoma.

The foreclosures will affect 100,000 homes nationwide.

Bank of America stopped foreclosures earlier this month because of questions of faulty paperwork.
