Person Of Interest In Homicide Released By Tulsa Police

TULSA, Oklahoma – Tulsa Police say a man they were looking to question has been released pending further investigation in a deadly shooting last month.

The shooting happened September 23, 2010, in the 2100 block of East Tecumseh. Police said the victim, Jose Sergio Montes De La Cueva, 37, had been shot in the head.  He was taken to the hospital but later died from his injuries.
