TULSA, Oklahoma – A second suspect is behind bars in the shooting death of a Tulsa man in July.
Tulsa Police said Preston Riley turned himself in at the Tulsa County Jail Tuesday. Riley, 20, is charged with first degree murder in the death of Markeeto Matthews, 35.
Matthews was gunned down while sitting at a stoplight at 46th Street North and Cincinnati in the early morning hours of July 24th, 2010.
