Man Steals From Store, Leads Tulsa Police On Chase

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A police chase ended with a crash Saturday night in East Tulsa.

Tulsa Police say they arrived at a store on a burglary call at about 9:30 p.m. when the store's owner pointed to the suspect driving away. 

Police started chasing the man who they say ended up crashing into a pickup at the intersection of 21st Street and 129th East Avenue. 

The News On 6 is told the pickup's driver was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

The suspect was arrested. Officers say they think he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
