Vacant Sapulpa House Destroyed By Fire

Sapulpa firefighters had to run fire hose for about a block to the nearest fire hydrant so they could extinguish a house fire Friday morning.

SAPULPA, OKLAHOMA -- Sapulpa firefighters had to run fire hose for almost a block to the nearest fire hydrant so they could extinguish a house fire Friday morning.

The home is located at 3rd and Anderson.

Shortly after 7 a.m. Sapulpa firefighters were dispatched to a vacant house fire.

The home was heavily damaged after roof of the home collapsed.

No one was injured and Sapulpa Fire is investigating the cause of the fire.
