MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA (AP) -- Prosecutors have filed a first-degree murder charge against a Muskogee man in the shooting death of another Muskogee man.
Thirty-four-year-old Andrew Nelson Hubbell is being held without bond in the Friday night shooting of 42-year-old John Michael Lyman. Investigators say the two were seen arguing a few hours before the shooting.
Hubbell was arrested with Lemanuel London in western Arkansas on Saturday. London is being held on $50,000 as a material witness.
Court records do not show an attorney for either Hubbell or London.
