NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA – Authorities believe a fire that burned an abandoned mobile home in Quapaw Wednesday was intentionally set.

It's the second suspected arson in Quapaw just this week. There have been at least six other suspicious fires in Quapaw, Picher, and Peoria in recent weeks.

"Every one of them so far there has been no utilities or electrical so you can rule out electrical problems. It is obviously somebody setting them," said Chief Gary Graham, Quapaw Police Department.

Graham called the arsons "reckless and careless."
