Volunteers Try to Keep it Out of the Gutter This Week In Tulsa

TULSA, OK -- Members of the Youth Volunteer Corps braved the heat to place placards on storm drains in downtown Tulsa this week.

‘Well if you really think about it, you're swimming in that stuff,' said volunteer Denise Kaiser, ‘because it runs to the lakes and rivers and creeks…it's really gross.'

Youth Volunteer Corps of America provides resources for youth volunteers to find and conduct community service projects in their area.
