TULSA, OK -- Tulsa burglary detectives say a key suspect in the June burglary of an Inola convenience store caught on surveillance video has been arrested in Tulsa.
Police arrested 21-year-old Matthew Moreland Tuesday and booked him into the Tulsa County jail.
Rogers County authorities say Moreland was one of two men who cut into a safe in the store. Investigators say the men also attempted to break into the store's ATM, but stopped when they were surprised by an employee showing up for work.
Rogers County prosecutors filed three charges against him; robbery by force of fear, conspiracy and second-degree burglary.
A judge set his bond at $100,000.
Moreland also faces a separate warrant in Washington County for conspiracy to commit burglary in the second-degree.
