PITTSBURGH, PA -- A Pennsylvania judge sends a Muskogee man to prison for sexually assaulting a teenager he met online.
Pennsylvania police arrested Roger Bingham in February of 2009. Prosecutors say he chatted online with a 15-year-old boy, then met up with him and performed sexual acts.
Bingham plead guilty, and a judge sentenced him to 6 to 12 years in prison.
Bingham also faces 26 counts of sodomy in Muskogee County. Muskogee County authorities say the former Eastern Workforce Investment employee is being investigated on complaints he sexually abused juveniles in the Muskogee area.
Bingham will serve his sentence in Pennsylvania state prison and after it's complete, he'll be transferred to Oklahoma.
