Victim In North Tulsa Shooting Dies

Tulsa Police are investigating the city's 20th homicide

TULSA, OK – Tulsa Police are investigating the city's 20th homicide of the year. The shooting happened Wednesday night in the 700 block of North Atlanta Place.

Officers say Jason Crowder went to visit Israel Machuca, 33, also known as "Trouble." While he was there, police say Charles Noriega, 23, shot Crowder. Noriega fled the scene.

Crowder was taken to the hospital, but later died from his injuries.

A first degree murder warrant has been issued for Noriega. Police are also looking for Machuca and Shawn Flowers, 37, also known as "Way."
