NOWATA, OK -- A Tulsa man is headed to trial in connection with a deadly hit and run. Prosecutors say Charlie Strong Jr. was driving a classic 1955 Chevy on U.S. Highway 169 back in May of 2009.
They say he tried to pass someone, but ran head-on into an oncoming car and took off. The collision killed 70-year-old Gene Hobbs of South Coffeyville, 15-year-old Kyler Blagg and 44-year-old Amy Blagg, both of Caney, Kansas.
