TULSA, OK -- Tulsa police arrested a man they say broke into 14 South Tulsa homes. It happened in the area of 101st and Sheridan. Police caught the suspect with a lot of the stolen property and now they need to know who owns what.
Joshua Sanders, hands in cuffs, tried to help detectives remember which items he stole from which homes, but, there is so much stuff, he couldn't remember it all.
Police recovered a big screen television, electronics, tools and a golf club set. They also recovered a lot of jewelry and some silver items. What really caught their eye was all these commemorative baseballs and baseball cards, some autographed by Pete Rose, Stan Musial and George Brett.
"We'd like to get as many items back to the rightful owner," said Corporal Gene Watkins, Tulsa Police. "Because being a victim of burglary myself, it's hard not to get your stuff back that you lose."
Police did find the owner of some of the baseballs, but, hope to hear from other victims.
If you are a victim of this burglary spree, call Tulsa police at 596-9180 and ask for the burglary department.
