TULSA, OK -- A 31-year-old Tulsa man was arrested on a felony complaint of shooting with intent to kill in a drive-by shooting just before midnight Saturday. Kermit Brannon Jr. was arrested after two witnesses told police they were "100 percent sure" Brannon was involved in the shooting.
The incident happened in the 600 block of East 54th Street North, according to a report by the Tulsa Police Department.
Suspects in a Ford pickup drove by and opened fire at that location, wounding one man in the foot. Officers located the suspect vehicle and found .45 caliber shells in the truck that were the same make as those found at the scene.
Brannon was one of the occupants of the vehicle. His arrest was also on a felony complaint of discharging a firearm from a vehicle. Both complaints were "after former conviction of a felony."
