Head-On Collision On Memorial Sends Driver To Tulsa County Jail

TULSA, OK -- A suspected DUI driver was taken to the Tulsa County jail early Wednesday morning after his pickup truck crossed over the median on Memorial and struck a car head on. 

Tulsa Police say the pickup truck then came to rest against a utility pole. 

The wreck happened at about 1 a.m. on Memorial, just south of the Creek Turnpike. 

Police say the driver of the car was not injured in the crash.
