Broken Arrow Man To Make Court Appearance In 2007 Kidnapping And Assault Case

TULSA, OK -- A 32-year-old Broken Arrow man arrested in the BA Angel case is expected to make an appearance via jail television in a Tulsa County District courtroom Monday.

Douglas Polk was charged on Friday with a variety of charges including 4 counts of child sexual abuse, rape by instrumentation, kidnapping, lewd molestation, violation of a protective order, interference with an emergency telephone call and 2 counts of domestic assault and batter in the presence of a minor child.

Broken Arrow Police say Polk abducted a 5-year-old girl from her front yard in Broken Arrow in 2007, assaulted her, then left her naked and alone in rural Wagoner County.
