Tulsa Sculptor Donates Work to City

A Tulsa artist has donated a $32,000 sculpture to the City. It will be placed in the Rose Garden at Woodward Park.

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa artist has donated a $32,000 sculpture to the City of Tulsa. It will be placed in the Rose Garden at Woodward Park.

Artist Rosalind Cook created the bronze of a young woman. It's called "Poems and Promises."

The City of Tulsa plans to place the work in a garden at Woodward Park. According to the artist, the City has currently has 23 of her works in public places.
