TULSA, OK -- Three people were injured after a rollover wreck on eastbound Creek Turnpike Wednesday afternoon.
The accident happened on the Turnpike between Sheridan and Memorial Wednesday afternoon. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the driver of black pickup truck pulling a 16-ft. metal utility trailer lost control, and the vehicle rolled over two times.
OHP says five people were inside the truck. Two were wearing seatbelts while three were not, according to OHP.
Those three people were taken to local hospitals.
Injured are Marcos Menjivar-Tobar, 48, of Wichita, Kansas. He was admitted to St. Francis Hospital in critical condition with head, trunk and arm injuries after being ejected about 15 feet from the truck. Jesus Estrada, 22, also of Wichita, was thrown about 8 feet from the truck. He was admitted to St. Francis in serious condition with head and trunk injuries.
Noe P. Cruz, 39, of Wichita was taken to St. John Hospital in serious condition after being ejected from the truck then pinned under it.
