QuikTrip To Build Gilcrease Museum Sign

TULSA, OK -- QuikTrip plans to install a sign directing people to Gilcrease Museum, as part of a project to build a new generation QT store on Gilcrease Museum Road.

The city owns the land where the sign will be built, but will give the land to the company in exchange for QT building the sign.

QuikTrip asked the City of Tulsa to transfer title of the land to the company to allow reconstruction of a QuikTrip at the site.

The new store will replace an existing one at 200 North Gilcrease Museum Road.

According to the agreement with the city, QuikTrip will build and maintain the sign as long as the company has a store on the site.

The agreement must be approved by the Tulsa city council and the mayor before it becomes final.
