Victory Christian Students Spend Spring Break Cleaning Up

MYRTLE BEACH, SC -- Dozens of 6th and 7th grade students from Victory Christian Center in Tulsa spent their Spring Break in South Carolina this week. 

But this was not a vacation, they were busy all week. 

Some 50 students and sponsors teamed up with volunteers from Barefoot Community Church in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to pick up trash and rake leaves at Atlantic Beach. 

They even power washed, painted and repaired the community center and town hall. 

Besides the community service work, the group is also taking part in a walk through theater program that graphically reenacts the five leading causes of death in teenagers and young adults.
