TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police may have nabbed a repeat robber overnight. Officers arrested 20-year-old Joshua Reed late Monday.
Police say Reed tried to rob the Papa Johns at 11th and Delaware with a shotgun at around 10 p.m. Monday, but couldn't get in.
About 30 minutes later, police say he robbed the Sonic Restaurant at 38th and Harvard.
Police say he forced an employee to let him inside, where he fired a shotgun into the ceiling and stole cash before leaving in a red Chevy pickup truck.
A short time later, police pulled over a pickup matching that description in the 1800 block of eastbound Broken Arrow Expressway.
Reed was taken into custody, the driver was questioned and released.
Tulsa Police say Reed could be the same man who robbed the Braums at 51st and Peoria and the Sonic at 51st near Yale last month.
