TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa Convention Center is hosting The Great Train Expo this weekend.
The world of miniature railroading is on display for train enthusiasts. Fans will see train layouts and how to hobby demonstrations.
The show has clinics scheduled with topics ranging from starting a layout, developing scenery and maintenance.
"Just as you have baseball cards, slot cars and everything, we are into trains. Not only running trains, but making little villages and you have to have the model of everything. There's layouts that have the whole Route 66 from California upwards to the Blue Whale in Claremore," said Vernon Guess, a train enthusiast.
The Great Train Expo is open Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $7 for adults and free for kids 11 and under.
