TULSA, OK -- Tulsans are once again enjoying lunch on the river. Elwood's officially opened Friday.
A group of investors spent the last year remodeling the old River's Edge Cafe near 19th and Riverside. Elwood's serves deli-style foods including sandwiches, hot dogs and cold beer.

And, they couldn't have picked a better time to open.
"We're awful excited about this weekend. Mid 60's weather - we'll roll the panels up here when it gets a little bit warmer. We've got live music tomorrow," said Tom Dittus, Elwood's owner.
The band gets started at 3 p.m. Saturday and will play again Sunday afternoon.
Elwood's is open from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. for now. When summer hits, the owners expect to stay open even later.
