UNDATED -- Terrible test scores could lead to a jackpot for Oklahoma's worst performing schools.
The school districts could each receive $2 million if they agree to make drastic changes to their schools.
The federal grant would also pay to shut down the worst schools and ship students to a higher-performing school.
Thirty-five Oklahoma schools could meet the federal definition of "lowest-performing," but they have not identified which schools could get the money.
