TULSA, OK -- New details reveal a man charged with kidnapping a woman and her young daughter could be linked to a woman who has been missing for two years.
After an incident Monday night, Allen Shields is facing a string of felony charges. Records show the victim had a protective order against him and she's not the only one.
Another woman, Angie Tucker, wanted police protection from Shields. And she hasn't been seen or heard from since 2007.
Monday night, officers rushed to a house in the 5000 block of North Utica after a nine-year-old girl called 911. Police say she told the operator that a man had broken into her home and he was threatening to kill her mother.
"All the credit in the world goes to this nine-year-old," said Sgt. Brian Hill, Tulsa Police.
Officers arrested Allen Shields and a search of the home turned up a loaded gun, handcuffs and sleeping pills.

Records show the victim filed a protective order against Shields last year. And two years before that, another protective order had Shields' name on it. The woman who filed it was Angie Tucker.
"We have no clue where she is. And that's what's so frustrating is that we don't have a starting point of where to look and everybody is just worried sick," said Hylan Tucker, Angie's brother, said in December 2007.
Angie Tucker, a mother of two, was reported missing in November of 2007. A month before that, Angie filed a protective order, accusing her ex-boyfriend of rape. Shields was never arrested, no charges were ever filed and the protective order was dismissed two months later.
Angie's family and friends searched for months, but months have now stretched into years. Angie Tucker has never been found.

Allen Shields got out of jail on a $90,000 bond early Tuesday morning. A judge decided that was too low and raised the bond to more than $1 million. Now there's a new warrant out for Shields' arrest.
