TULSA, OK -- Lots of folks are getting ready for Super Bowl parties.

The big game kicks off on Channel 6 Sunday evening featuring the New Orleans Saints and the Indianapolis Colts.

New Orleans is famous for their rabid football fans. For the past few weeks, those fans have found a little slice of home in south Tulsa.

"When people come to the store now it's not 'How you doing?' or 'How's it going?' It's 'Who Dat, who dat!' Everybody says that when they see you now," said Ed Richard of Hebert's Specialty Meats.

Ed Richard has always celebrated his Cajun roots at his restaurant and specialty shop. But this week, it's extra special as his beloved New Orleans Saints are making their first appearance in the Super Bowl.

"Win or lose, we're still enjoying it. We're having a great time. I think it's going to be exciting just to watch them and this place will be rockin' Sunday night," said Ed Richard.

Hebert's Specialty Meats has become the place to be for Louisiana natives now living in Tulsa.

"Oh my gosh, it's off the hook, it's crazy," said Lori Wood, a Louisiana native.

"I'm so excited, I'm stoked," said Leah Ford, a Louisiana native.

All week long fans have been stopping in to buy their Who Dat gear and Cajun food in preparation for the big game.

"I've got some home cooking, crawfish tail, we got some 'Who Dat' shirts and some gumbo, ready for a Cajun party," said Lori Wood.

Ed Richard has even changed his menu a bit for his own Super Bowl party.

"A little shrimp Po' Boy with some shrimp and fries and we do some boiled crawfish. We're also going to have good New Orleans staples -- red beans and rice, a little chicken and sausage gumbo. The good stuff to eat, from fried boudin balls and fried jalapeño peppers, it's going to be fun," said Ed Richard.

As for a prediction, Richard has no doubt the Saints will come marching home with the trophy.

"Saints are going to win. It doesn't matter as long as they have more points," said Ed Richard.

If you want to watch the game at Hebert's Specialty Meats, you'll need to make a reservation. Call (918) 298-8400.
