MUSKOGEE, OK -- A 24-year-old Porum resident has pled guilty in federal court to robbing a Cherokee County bank last year.
During a court hearing in federal court in Muskogee, Joshua Toney pled guilty to the charge.
On November 23, the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office said Toney entered the back door of the Bank of Commerce in Keys.
He forced the bank employees into a bathroom and fled with over 31,000 in cash.

No one was hurt in the robbery and Toney was arrested several days later.
Toney could face a sentence of up to 20 years in a federal prison.
