Tulsa Police Investigate Overnight Assault and Shooting

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are looking for three suspects involved with an overnight shooting at a Tulsa apartment complex. 

Police say the three entered an apartment at the Dove Park Apartments near 23rd and Garnett around midnight. 

Police officers say the suspects first pistol whipped a man inside the apartment, then went upstairs in the apartment and shot his friend in the chest. 

The shooting victim was taken to a Tulsa hospital.  There is no word on his condition.

An investigation into the incident continues.
