Disney Characters Spread Cheer At Tulsa Hospital

TULSA, OK -- Some Disney characters are spreading joy in Tulsa.

Mickey and Minnie Mouse spent Wednesday afternoon with children at Saint Francis hospital.

The News On 6 talked with one family whose son had just been watching Mickey on TV and then got to meet him.

The family said the visit meant a lot because it helped take their minds off of the reason they were in the hospital, even if it was just for a little while.

On Thursday, several Disney characters will help kick off the start of the Tulsa State Fair.
