Off-Ramp Changes Delayed On I-44 In Tulsa

TULSA, OK -- Some bad news for Tulsa motorists concerning the opening of the off-ramp on I-44 at Riverside Drive in Tulsa, the reopening of the ramp has been delayed.  

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation was scheduled to reopen the westbound off-ramp to Riverside Drive Monday, but now it has been postponed.  

ODOT says the traffic signal at the end of the ramp is not yet operational so officials decided to delay its opening.

Once the Riverside Drive ramp is opened, crews will close the ramp at Peoria for the next couple of weeks. 

Crews have begun to setup detours at Lewis and at Riverside Drive.
