TULSA, OK -- It's Week 4 of the college football season and the University of Tulsa hosted its first home game Saturday.

The Golden Hurricane took on Sam Houston State at Skelly Field.

The team, led by Coach Todd Graham, ran onto the field, unveiling new team uniforms - surprising fans.

The University of Tulsa's storm-themed mascot has been a tradition since 1977. The mascot has a new look, too.

Static electricity from a storm is the force behind Captain Cane's transformation, according to TU officials. They say he has lost his hair, but has superhuman powers.
