Tulsa Students Recognized For Getting Fit

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor on Thursday recognized students from Grissom Elementary who are helping Tulsa accumulate 1 million miles as part of the city's Get Fit initiative.

So far, the Grissom 100 Mile Club has logged more than 7,500 miles. The mayor hopes the students will inspire others to click on to TulsaMillionMiles.com and get involved.

So far, the city as a whole has logged more than 806,000 miles.
