Convicted Tulsa Sex Offender Back In Court

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man found half naked in a van with a 2-year-old girl is scheduled to head back to a Tulsa County District courtroom Monday. 

Fifty-six-year-old Marcus Berry is scheduled to be formally arraigned in court Monday on kidnapping and lewd molestation charges. 

Two Tulsa Police officers found Berry with the girl in the middle of a Tulsa field in August.  The girl had been kidnapped from the front yard of a home earlier that morning. 

Berry is a convicted sex offender out of Tulsa County and was released from state prison three years ago.
