Man In Critical Condition After Tulsa Bar Shooting

TULSA, OK -- A man is in critical condition at St. John Hospital after a bar scuffle in West Tulsa ended in gunshots, according to Tulsa Police. The suspected shooter is under arrest on complaints of shooting with intent to kill.

"Two gentlemen got into an altercation inside a bar, and it ends up outside," said Sgt. Kurt Dodd of the Tulsa Police Department. The two men continued the fight at another bar across the street in the area of 33rd West Avenue and 61st St.

One man pulled a handgun and shot the other man in the back. The victim was thought to also have been shot in the head, Dodd said.

Tulsa police were called to the scene at about 1 a.m. Sunday.
