Tulsa Educator To Be Inducted Into The Oklahoma Educators Hall Of Fame

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- Booker T. Washington social studies teacher Dr. Ronald Foore will be inducted this Saturday into the Oklahoma Educators Hall of Fame.

Dr. Foore will be honored in a ceremony this Saturday in Oklahoma City. Dr. Foore was nominated for Oklahoma educators' highest state honor by various Oklahoma chapters of Phi Delta Kappa International.

Final selections were made by the Hall of Fame's Board of Directors.

Dr. Foore's career spans 37 years in Tulsa Public Schools, the last 12 of which have been at Booker T. Washington.

He earned his doctorate in Educational Administration from Oklahoma State University and both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah.

Dr. Foore is a National Board Certified Teacher.
