TULSA, OK -- There is an additional detour for motorists who take I-44 through Tulsa.
Starting Tuesday, the westbound on-ramp at Peoria Avenue will be shut down.
It is part of the work to widen the interstate between Yale and the Arkansas River. With the Riverside Drive ramps already closed, drivers going west will have to get on at Lewis.
