PINEVILLE, MO -- A Collinsville man has pleaded guilty in Pineville, Missouri to two counts of second degree murder in the deaths of two other Collinsville residents in August 2008.

Ricky Crase, 43, entered his plea during an appearance in a McDonald County courtroom Tuesday.

Crase was charged following an August 31st crash in which two passengers in his pickup truck were killed.

Both passengers, Aaron Gillming and John Lackey, were from Collinsville.

The judge delayed sentencing in the case because the victim's families could not attend Tuesday's court hearing.

At the time of the accident, Crase was free on bond out of Tulsa County for an arson charge.  He's now serving a five-year prison term for that charge at the Oklahoma State Reformatory in Granite.
