TULSA, OK -- SemGroup continues to take steps to get itself out of bankruptcy.
On Monday, the Tulsa-based company announced the sale of SemFuel to Noble Americas Corporation for $65 million.
SemGroup's president says the sale positions the company to emerge from Chapter 11 protection as a strong player in gathering, storage and transportation of oil and natural gas.
