OKLAHOMA CITY -- Three Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers have been reprimanded for falsifying logs to show they were working to guard the Governor's Mansion at night.

Troopers Trevor Flanagan, Jerome Baxter and Paul Kenney were reprimanded May 1. The three did not return telephone calls seeking comment.

Flanagan was suspended without pay for six days and reassigned to the state Capitol. Baxter was suspended without pay for three days. Patrol spokesman Capt. Chris West says Kenney was disciplined but that the action was not public record.

Both Baxter and Kenney remain working at the mansion's gatehouse.

According to an internal report, the investigation was sparked by suspicious time reports submitted by Flanagan.
