Victim Of July Home Invasion In Tulsa Dies

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man, shot in a home invasion at 2nd and Sandusky in early July, has died.

Police say 36-year-old Otis Colbert was asleep with his girlfriend on July 6th when he heard a noise at the door.

Colbert went to check it out and that's when officers say someone shot him in the chin.

Police say Colbert died on Friday.
