Woman Sues Tulsa's Leisure World

TULSA, OK -- A Wagoner County woman filed a lawsuit against a Tulsa pool store on Friday.  She says Leisure World left her high and dry.

Leisure World closed its doors, leaving some customers, like Terri White, with unfinished work.  White says Leisure World installed the pool, but left her backyard a mess.  And, after a number of calls to the store, she decided to get a lawyer.

Leisure World says it will re-open at a new location in October.  And, it says crews will finish up any promised work.  But, that won't likely happen until next summer.
