Police: Fight Over A Woman Leads To Tulsa Stabbing

TULSA, OK -- Officers with the Tulsa Police Department responded to a stabbing shortly before midnight Friday at the Mohawk Manor apartments, 3700 North Birmingham.

A man was taken to a Tulsa hospital with a knife stuck in his abdomen after officers say he and another man got into a fight over a woman. Officers say the stabbing victim assaulted a man with a golf club and was stabbed in self defense.

Officers say the man who did the stabbing would not be charged, but that the stabbing victim would for breaking and entering and assault with a deadly weapon.
