SAPULPA, OK -- A fugitive on the run for three years is back in Oklahoma. Police caught up with Adam Roberts at a relative's home in Tennessee last month.

On Friday, he returned to Oklahoma and is being held in the Creek County Jail.

Roberts was wanted for a deadly home invasion near Bristow in 2006 that ended with two people dead and a home on fire.

The other suspects were arrested soon after the crime.
