Tulsa City Councilor To Seek Re-Election

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa City Councilor is using the Internet to spread the word about his political future.  Republican Rick Westcott used Twitter on Monday to announce he's seeking a third term as the District Two councilor.

Westcott says he'll work to solve the city's budget issues, fight for more police officers and better streets.

The primary is September 8th.
