AARP Asks State Court To Stop PSO Rate Hike

AARP Oklahoma is asking the Oklahoma Supreme Court to stop a PSO rate hike.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- AARP Oklahoma is asking the Oklahoma Supreme Court to stop a PSO rate hike.

The association calls the $81.4 million increase unfair and unreasonable.

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission approved the rate hike back in January.  It's the largest ever approved by the commission.
