TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa father convicted of killing his two-year-old son wants yet another new sentence. On Monday, Carlis Ball appealed his latest sentence to the criminal appeals court.

Late last month, a judge ordered Ball to spend life in prison without parole plus 25-years.
Ball received that new sentence because a jury wasn't given clear instructions when they sentenced him to two life terms back in 2006.
