UNDATED -- There is a potential for severe weather Thursday evening, early Friday morning and Friday afternoon across eastern Oklahoma.
News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone says a strong cold front is approaching from the west bringing with it the potential thunderstorms Thursday night and early Friday morning.
Some of those storms, especially early Friday, could be severe.
Crone says another cold front will arrive by Friday afternoon increasing the threat of large hail, damaging winds and possibly tornadoes across Oklahoma.
