Henry Approves Graduation Coaches Program

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Gov. Brad Henry has signed into law a measure to create a graduation coaches program designed to help at-risk students earn their diploma.

Henry says the program will recruit volunteers from the community to help at-risk students stay on track academically and cope with difficulties outside of school.

Henry has sought the program during his state of the state addresses the past two years.
