Team Thunder Roars Into Tulsa

TULSA, OK -- Some Tulsa students get a lesson in math and science with a dragster. Team Thunder roared onto the campus of Tulsa Technology Center near 34^th and Memorial on Friday.

Team Thunder is an Oklahoma-based organization that goes around to schools motivating kids. Members say they use the dragster to show kids how they'll apply what they learn in the classroom in the real world.

Team Thunder has been to more than 500 schools in nine states over the past eight years.
