Silver Alert Bill To Be Signed

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- Governor Henry will sign a bill creating a Silver Alert system into law on Thursday.

It will be similar to an Amber Alert, but it will be used for missing senior citizens, mainly for those suffering from Alzheimer's, other forms of dementia or health problems.

It is hoped the Silver Alert will allow agencies statewide to work together to bring missing seniors home safely.
